Should you decide to allow pets, if there is pet damage that exceeds the amount of the security deposit, we will cover up to $1,000 of the damage expenses.

Management Fee

10% of rent
assessed each month your unit(s) are occupied

Leasing Fee

75% of 1st month’s rent
assessed any time management markets, processes applicants, and executes a lease

Renewal Fee

25% of 1st month’s rent
assessed any time an existing tenant renews their lease

Maintenance Coordination Fee

Complementary / no upcharges
Unless extensive work needs to be done, then 10% and agreed with the owner prior to starting work.
