Dan loves east Tennessee and the people that call it home. He enjoyed a very successful career in advertising while simultaneously managing his own investment properties. He found that with money you can work for it, or it can work for you. Now it’s time to help others build wealth through investment real estate and make it easier for them to do so by providing exceptional property management services.

Executive Coordinator
Abigail was born and raised in Knoxville. She took advantage of dual enrollment while at Hardin Valley Academy and then went on to East Tennessee State University where she earned a BS in Corporate Finance with a minor in Accounting in only 3 years! Since then, she’s quickly moved up in the mortgage industry with positions in underwriting, audit, management, and special projects. We’re thankful to have her on the Keyrenter Knoxville team looking after the financials and helping our clients.
